I actually got to watch a member of their staff demean a senior couple that wanted some information about using the monorail by telling them it was available at Bally's. The staff is flippant, lacks knowledge of anything that isn't specifically Paris Las Vegas related (including other Caesar's properties sadly) and are generally rude. While Paris Las Vegas itself is always a pleasure, the concierge services are a best demeaning and useless.
